John Collins (James Tyrone),
was seen most recently as loveable drunk Sid Davis in
The American Century Stage production of O’Neill’s Ah,
Wilderness. John is awed to tackle the opposite end of
O’Neill with this production. He has also appeared as
Judge Taylor in Firebelly’s To Kill a Mockingbird. With
Quotidian Theater he has appeared as Fentry in Tomorrow,
and George Deever in All My Sons. He has also appeared
as Andrey in Afterplay, and Sevastianov in The Russian
National Postal Service, both at Studio Theatre. Also at
Studio, in Far East, and Far Away, and in The Galileo
Project at Studio Theatre Second Stage. Other local
credits include Malena, a Dream of Tango at Source
Theatre’s Washington Theatre Festival. John is a
graduate of the The Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory.
Patricia Foreman (Mary Tyrone) joins Firebelly for the

Patricia’s more recent work has been for Center Dance
Company Pictures at an Exhibition and The Nutcracker
featuring NPR's Bob Edwards, Theatre of the First

Patricia Foreman (Mary Tyrone)

Theresee McNichol (Cathleen) is is a senior at George
Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She will be
graduating this May with a degree in Integrative Studies
and a concentration in Performing Arts. While at George
Mason she had featured roles in The Woman in Black (as
the woman), The Measures Taken (1st Agitator), Fefu and
Her Friends (Julia), and The Trojan Woman (Cassandra).
Long Day’s Journey into Night with Firebelly marks her
professional debut, and she is thrilled to be a part of
this production!

Andrew Pecoraro (Edmund)
returns to Firebelly. He recently appeared as the
Bailiff in Firebelly’s Nothing Sacred and Classika
Theatre’s Peter and the Wolf as the Cat. He was last
seen in TOTH's Joseph and the Amazing Dreamcoat
(Gad/Butler) and in Theatre J's Shylock (Lorenzo).
Andrew has acted and fight directed for numerous
theatres in the Washington-Baltimore Metro area and will
be head to Virginia Commonwealth University to pursue an
MFA this summer. |

Jon Townson (Jamie) is pleased to be
working again with Firebelly. He has performed with
several area companies including Keegan Theatre, Studio
Theatre (Secondstage), Trumpet Vine Theatre, Renegade
Productions, Project Y, and the Guild of St. George.
Upcoming roles include understudying Duncan/Banquo in
Macbeth at the Folger, then a return to Keegan to play
Owen in Translations. He just completed the short film
“Parting Ways,” directed by Peter Mullett, and can be
seen in commercials for PBS, Len Stoler Porsche,
Homes.com, The National Guard, Comcast, Precision Tune
Auto Care, and hosting “Home and Design TV” on WJZ in
Baltimore. His training includes BFA in Acting from
Auburn University, and an MFA in Acting from the
University of Florida. He is an Actor/Combatant with the
Society of American Fight Directors, with proficiency in
unarmed combat, rapier/dagger, and broadsword.

Kathi Gollwitzer
(Director/Artistic Director) is also an educator
for the Helen Hayes and Washington Theater League Legacy
Project, which is a program that brings theater to the
students in the District of Columbia Public School
System. Kathi also coaches professional actors and
students seeking admission to audition-based college and
conservatory programs. Her students have attended
programs at NYU Tisch, the Syracuse Musical Theater
Program, The DePaul Theatre School, SUNY Purchase
College Conservatory of Theater Arts and Film, and The
Juilliard School of Acting.
