Joshua is a graduate of Iowa State University, with a degree in
Acting/Directing.

Matthew
C. Hartman (Ted / Blue) is making his debut with Firebelly Productions and
with
the Page-To-Stage Festival. He was seen this summer in the NVTA
One-Act
Festival in Reston Community Players production of I Bring You Flowers.
He
can also be seen every weekend at DC ComedySportz in Ballston,
Virginia. He
gives a big thank you to his fellow cast-mates and his director, and to
Firebelly and the Kennedy Center for this great opportunity.

Sarah
Imes (Diana / Yellow) is excited to continue her association with Firebelly
Productions by performing in Page-To- Stage. In November, she will
appear as
Charlotte for that company's production of Moon over Buffalo. Some of
her
favorite past roles were Vicky in Blackmail (Off-Broadway), Svetlana in
Chess (Baltimore), Rona in Kennedy’s Children (Maryland Ensemble) and
Natasha in The Three Sisters (Los Angeles). Her training includes an
MFA
from California State University, Fullerton. When not on stage she
devotes
her time to running a small decorating business, messing up crossword
puzzles, and ignoring nutritional information on chocolate.

Jessica
Lefkow (Director),
a Washington
DC
native, has for nearly 20 years, (BFA Acting, Catholic University of
America) lived--directing, acting, touring, and teaching--across the
United
States, Europe, and Asia. Since her return to the Washington area last
year,
Jessica has worked with the Playwrights Forum on Jonah Sea Knight's new
thriller Take Stock, and with Marian Licha and R. Dennis Green on their
one-woman show, Frida, Vice-Versa, (a participant in WWIT's
Anti-Stepford
Festival in July, 2004) based on the life of the legendary artist Frida
Kahlo. This spring, Jessica was invited to Hong Kong to direct Ronald
Harwood's The Dresser for that city's 2004 Faust Festival.

David Cahill (Author), a
graduate of the American University
(B.A. Communications: Visual Media / Theatre Minor), is delighted that Firebelly Productions staged readings of Conversing
Elevens and Dunce at the 2004 Kennedy Center's
Page-To-Stage New Play Festival, and has
decided to produce these two one-acts for their Spring
show. David Cahill first participated in the innagural
2002 Kennedy Center's Page-To-Stage New Play Festival
with the entry of his very first one-act, Trampoline.
Dividing his time between writing and acting,
Cahill has appeared in four Firebelly productions as
Estragon in Waiting For Godot, Don Baker in
Butterflies Are Free, George in Of Mice and Men, and Tito
Merelli in Lend Me a Tenor. Cahill's current writing projects include the feature length
plays Drowning Noah and The Valley of Hinnom.
David would like to thank the cast, Jessica,
Kathi, and Barbara for giving his words life. |
