Jennifer Garrott (Slyvia) makes her professional debut as a lovely and lovable dog.  She first worked with Mrs. G. in her most excellent third grade play.  She worked with Firebelly this summer, as part of its Fundamentals Class. Jennifer began performing primarily as a choral singer, and placed 2nd in the Eastern Choral Competition last year.  Currently, Jennifer studies voice under coach Shella Holmes.  Her favorite musical: Phantom of the Opera.

Luigi Canlas (Tom/Phyllis/Leslie) is thrilled to play the triple roles of Tom/Phyllis/Leslie in Firebelly's production of Sylvia.  During a scene night last August, he played the role of Crooks from the play Of Mice and Men. He also took part in a benefit performance where he played a role in the children's theatre, Magic Theatre. He also has had roles in West Side Story and Singin' in the Rain, and played the role of Cheswick in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.  He admires the work of actors like Al Pacino, Kevin Spacey and Julia Roberts. Luigi aspires to perform in New York and the Kennedy Center, but would settle for being a Physical Therapist who can act very well.

Kristin Villanueva (Kate) has appeared as Kathy Selden in DJO's spring musical production of Singin' in the Rain. She has also done a Public Service Announcement on Alzheimer's Disease that was aired on channel 7 during the summer of 2002.  For Firebelly's Evening of Scenes, she presented two scenes; one from Blithe Spirit with Nick Yenson and the other, a selection from To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday with Phil Brannon.
